Warranty Policy
The warranty policy for
Absolute Analysis products and solutions are:

All Absolute Analysis Hardware -
1 year warranty

All Absolute Analysis Software -
Lifetime support (including bug fixes)
-
Pro-active software and hardware
upgrade policies via Remote Asset management

All product returns to be sent
to Absolute Analysis HQ.
Licensable upgrades are not part
of the support agreement.
Warranty is tracked via Absolute Analysis system serial number.
RMA Process
All hardware returns
need to be returned on a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number. This number is given to you when you contact our
support team:

Absolute Analysis support
determines that there is a need for an RMA and provides an RMA
and ticket number to the customer.

The customer can track the RMA
process on the Absolute Analysis Service Portal.
If in Warranty:
If out of Warranty:

Absolute Analysis will quote you a
minimal price for looking at the part
-
If the customer goes ahead, the
customer will be charged a repair fee when the unit is
returned
